Recruitment

Recruitment is now Open for the 2024 Season!

Why work for us?

Since we opened for the first time in 2019, H2O Rampage has been a family. We don’t see our people as 9-5 workers, we see them as part of that family. After all, people are the reason we’re one of the top rated activity destinations in the area. We strive for excellence in both customer service and performance, and our team members embrace this challenge head on.

We think we’re a great place to work. The nature of our site means that you’ll be working outside for most of the time, which we think is a million times better than being stuck on a shop floor or in an office. Our full-on environment provides a bustling atmosphere, which really gets the best out of people. Our managers are there to help out too, answering any questions you may have and ensuring the highest standards for our customers- so you’ll never be left wondering what to do next.

We want to be the best- so we want the best people… those with a drive to succeed and those that thrive in a fast-paced environment.

So, think you’ve got what it takes?
