Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Yoga… but not how you’re used to it!

All levels are welcome to experience a fun vinyasa style yoga session on a Stand Up Paddleboard!

You will learn the basics of how to safely handle & operate your paddle board and time will be given to paddle and explore to warm up, followed by the instructed yoga class.
