About the Park

Our state of the art Inflatable Aqua Park is made by one of the leading manufacturers in the sector. We have plenty of different obstacles, with everything from slides to swings - plus our infamous Big Jump from the Tower.

Safety

When it comes to your safety, we don’t compromise. That’s why we ensure that every customer wears one of our buoyancy aids on the park - regardless of age or ability. Our fully trained and professional lifeguards are on hand both on and off the park, so if accidents happen - we’re there to help.

We are also affiliated to the RLSS through the Aqua Park Accreditation Scheme.

Equipment.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the park in any weather- so we provide wetsuits and buoyancy aid hire free of charge. Our Kit team will size you up when you arrive for a hassle-free experience, and just hand it back when you go home. That’s it.

Oh, and if you have your own wetsuit, feel free to wear it on the park.

Age and Height Limits.

We have a strict minimum age of 6 for the park. Any customers between the age of 6 and 9 will need an adult (18+) on the park with them to supervise. One adult can supervise a maximum of 3 children under the age of 10. Children aged 10 and up do not need to be accompanied on the park, but those under 16 will need a responsible adult on site at all times during the session.

The minimum height is 1.1 metres. This is partly to do with safety, but also because customers under this height are often struggle to complete obstacles and therefore can’t enjoy the park.

 FAQs

  • All sessions are 1 hour long- including a 5 minute safety briefing. We think that’s more than enough to tire you out- but if you want longer, simply book back-to-back sessions.

  • All sessions are £18.00- there are no different prices for children or students, so we can keep costs low for everyone.

  • Please bring your printed and signed waiver (electronic copies are not accepted). If you can’t print your waiver, we have plenty in the office for you to complete.

If you are responsible for children under 16, please add them to your waiver. Children do not need to sign.

Anyone aged 16 or over must complete and sign their own waiver.

  • You can wear anything you don’t mind getting wet! If you are hiring a wetsuit, we recommend swimming/beachwear underneath.

  • We have 2 large communal changing rooms for you to use.

  • We do provide lockers, however these require a padlock in order to lock.

If you plan on using a locker, please bring your own padlock.

The gym style combination padlocks are ideal to use- luggage style padlocks are not suitable.

  • The only shoes permitted on the park are soft soled water shoes-so most people go barefoot. Trampoline-style grip socks are also allowed- we sell these in the box office if you want to buy a pair for your session.

  • You are welcome to take photos from the shore of the park, but please refrain from any close up photography.

No electrical equipment including phones or cameras/action cameras are allowed on the park at any time.

From time to time, H2O Rampage may take photos for promotional purposes or other purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed by us, please speak to a member of staff.

  • Goggles are a great idea to wear but please remember to remove and hold them when using any slide or jump for your safety.

Slight glasses may be worn provided they have plastic lenses.

Taking any goggles/glasses onto the park is done so at your own risk. We would recommend bringing a leash for these to tie onto your buoyancy aid to prevent them being lost.

  • Jewellery is not permitted on the aqua park. Any jewellery that cannot be removed please let us know before your session starts so they can be covered up.

Our lake is very deep, so if you lose something, it is unlikely to come back! All items taken on to the park are done so at your own risk.
